Training
Running your own business should be an incredibly rewarding journey for you, both professionally and personally, and so you will want to make sure you have the best possible head start. Which is why we go all out here at the Eggless Cake Shop franchise to give you all the skills and tools you need to build a business which will grow and thrive for many years to come.
As soon as you join us, you will be enrolled on our comprehensive training programme, which will consist of three parts:
Hands-on Shop Training
You will spend up to 3 weeks working at one of our company-owned stores so that you can gain invaluable practical experience in how to run your own successful outlet. You’ll learn all about our products and how we deliver our famously fantastic customer service, as well as gain experience in all the day-to-day operations of a working store.
Business Management Course
You will then spend five days at Eggless Cake Shop Franchise head office in Birmingham where you will learn all the essentials of running your business operations. This will be a classroom-based programme which focuses on sales, accounts, HR, marketing and administration.
Completion Training
This will consist of up to 5 days of on-site training at your own store, just ahead of being ready to open. We will help you in every way we can to make sure you can be confident in your new store’s success, including personalised business coaching on how to further develop your staff management, customer service and business management skills.
